To keep our costs low, we offer online scheduling on our website. We have a full list of services for you to schedule.

Rather than charging new patients a giant consultation fee to be a new patient, we have set up a system that requires blood work first so that you do not have excess consultation charges. Blood work is needed first to prescribe medication; this saves every patient $75 in excess consultation fees.

You can schedule your hormone balance consult on the website, keeping in mind that you will need blood work, so give yourself at least a week to get that done. 

You can schedule on our website for the fasting panel or the follow-up panel. Our costs are generally cheaper than even insurance. Please note that we cannot control what your insurance does or does not pay on the panel. It would be best that if you are using insurance, you call them first to see what the cost would be. If bloodwork is done at our office, it will be back in 2 business days. If you have bloodwork done at other locations, you will need to book your consultation at least one week in advance.

Also, once you make your consult appointment and have your information, we can send you a lab order form. You will need to print the form and add your name and date of birth prior to going to the lab you traditionally use for lab draws. 

We provide many of our services one day per month at Indy Muscle and Joint Geist. You can book these services on the wellness services webpage by scrolling down to the Indy Muscle and Joint Section.

You will meet with Paul Mattox, PA-C, our provider, either in person or virtually via Zoom. He will go over your results, and you will both determine if the Hormone balance is right for you. Although labs are important for medical decision-making, they are not the only piece of the puzzle.

As we age, our hormones naturally will change. And while this is normal, it doesn't mean it's without symptoms. We will evaluate the different hormones and optimize levels as you and the provider see fit; this can be achieved through several methods, including Subq injections, topical applications, and, in some cases, oral troches.

In both men and women, we check Testosterone, estrogen, insulin, and Thyroid hormones. We will also check progesterone in some female patients. Outside of hormones, we will check your Vitamin D, kidney and liver health, and cholesterol levels. 

We prescribe Semaglutide and Tirzepatide most frequently to aid in weight loss goals.

We use a wide array of peptides, including but not limited to Sermorelin, NAD +, BPC 157, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Melanotan, and many more.

As you peruse the website, you will see aesthetic treatments like neurotoxin (commonly called botox), dermal filler, PRP/PRF facial treatments, peptide therapy, and PRP joint treatments. We can advise on supplement use, peptides, healthy weight management, and exercise/workout programs as well. 

PRP is platelet-rich plasma, and PRF is platelet-rich fibrin. Both are your blood products drawn from you and processed in-house to get the desired PRP or PRF. Both are fantastic for facial applications to rebuild collagen and repair sun damage. PRP is what Paul refers to as "a miracle" and is increasingly being used in place of steroid injections for the relief of joint pain. We are able to use PRP on any painful joint except for the spine at this time.
